Reference to some of previous incidents , company is noticing to all that, some of our Managers giving assurance of permanent Job/ for New Offices by taking Money of Rs.20,000/- to Rs.50,000/- for new joiners, even without field training. So company is advising to all new joiners to confirm with head office before giving any payment to our managers & Company will not responsible for any assurance/ mistake / Commitment/ proud of our managers.
